Since a lightning blast can act like an electro magnetic pulse or EMP it fried our appliances including my computer when it struck our house yesterday good thing our neighbor owns a computer service shop so all we need to do is to knock on his door or give him a call so he can just pick up our PC and have it fixed. I knocked in his door and asked if he can come to fix my computer which is exactly what I think I should do and he gladly told me that he will just come to my place and pick up my computer so I asked him how much will I pay for his service but he told me that he will tell me the price after he will make initial investigation of what is the problem with my computer. I returned home after coming from my neighbor and started calling other service company so they can help us in fixing our appliances and that is when I found out that when an appliance is fried by an electro magnetic pulse we need to replace that appliances so I called my mom and told her the situation and upon learning this she just told me that she will just buy everything. I gave my mom a full list of the amount she will be spending after I ordered an appliance catalogue online and started checking all the appliances including that new blackberry torch case that I think we should have.
