My mom was always the best cook in our home, maybe that’s why my dad married her, just joking but really she cooks delicious food that will make you ask for more and it even gets better every time. Ever since I was young I have always accompanied my mom when we go out and buy ingredients for her dish, I always notice that she always buy spice because we all love spicy food. I was the one that pushes the cart whenever we buy some ingredients, I would then notice mom being too picky with all the spices she chose because she thinks that these are the things that makes you dish delicious. My mom always amazes me whenever she gets really serious about picking the best spices, we would even go to the market where there is a store that only offers spices, but a lot of them in different varieties. I was getting really interested with the spices to so I decided to search it up in the internet, there I have found out that there were still new kinds of variety of spices that were really good for certain recipes. Then I told my mom about what I have learned and then she wanted to see for herself and now she wanted to buy some of the spices herself too, god thing the site was very happy to accept orders and shipments. At least now that I have become a culinary student I know where to buy the best spices in town. If you are serious with your craft no matter how small the detail is you surely have to pay attention, just like me and my interest in spices.
