As you grow older, you start thinking about stuff that you normally watch in the television when you were younger. Stuff such as insurance, housing plan, health care plan and all those insurance that offer security when you get older. I finished paying for my Life Plan Insurance last year. I paid for it for five years, quarterly. Paying online eliminated the hassle. I did not have to line up in a bank or the insurance office to pay. Now after paying it all, it feels good that I have money kept somewhere , if something happens. Recently I have been looking into getting a house. Low cost housing that are subsidized by the government, nothing fancy. Checked out some, and mostly were outside the city, which will be too much traveling for me to get to work. Some of the subdivisions that I saw were very cozy and pretty. Big enough for a single person to live comfortably. After computing the mortgage, I am ecstatic to find out that its affordable. And I do not have to worry about cost segregation because if I do decide to get a house, it will be the first asset that is under my name. I do not own a car, or a lot. I still live with my parents together with my sister. And even then the house and lot we live in, are just rented. Hopeful that I will find a house that is within my budget and just within the city.
